When using Simply TRA Limited trading as Simply Antiques, you are subject to the conditions stated below.
If you use one of its services or make a purchase, you are deemed to have accepted the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully. We have the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time throughout the running of this business and will clearly make these changes visible to our customers.​

Delivery and availability ​- We use various companies to deliver your purchase and you will receive a tracking number once the item has been dispatched.

​Claims and Damages - If a claim is made for damage, Simply TRA Limited trading as Simply Antiques must receive a notification with 24hrs of receipt. The recipient must keep all packaging and any damaged items for inspection until the claim is resolved. Return of the item maybe requested to be sent before the settlement of the claim is agreed. In addition our delivery company may also contact the recipient and ask them to complete a damage questionnaire and /or supply photographs of the item and the packaging. If a claim for loss or disputed delivery is made, the recipient may be asked to confirm that the item was not delivered. Please note all antiques and collectables on our web site may have some imperfections, marks, dents or dings, wherever possible we will try to make our customers aware of this before purchase. All the marks and imperfections show the life the item has had before, it is part of its history which you inherit when you purchase an item.
Payment and price - Payment is collected within our website via our payment representatives. Simply TRA Limited trading as Simply Antiques do not keep any records of your card details. Full payment must be received prior to dispatch and delivery. All current prices are include VAT.
